His Excellency Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Ernst Peter Fischer, Ms Susanne Rack, representative of Economic Affairs and Development Cooperation and Ms Sarah Zielonka, Head of Economic Department visited the G. Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages, Microbiology and Virology. Dr Mzia Kutateladze and her colleagues, Dr Elisabed Zaldastanishvili, Dr Sopio Rigvava and Vakhtang Pavlenishvili presented information about the Eliava Institute, its activity, projects and perspectives. The guests visited scientific and training laboratories, library and museum of the Institute, as well as Eliava phage therapy center.
